Each home comes with a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty which has a customer satisfaction rate of 95% because of their extensive follow-up procedures. They are designed to insure that disputes are settled to everyone’s satisfaction, including an arbitration provision.
John Howard was among the first graduating class of builders to receive the GBI designation from the Home Builders Institute.
John Howard served two-years as a National Vice President for Alabama and Tennessee on the executive committee of the National Association of Home Builders.
